Warranty Periods by Product Line
- Essential Tents: 1 year on the frame
- Pro Tents: 3 years on the frame
- Elite Tents: 5 years on the frame
- Canopies (all ranges): 1 year
- Flags: 1 year on the fabric and pole
- Inflatable Tents: 2 years
Warranty Conditions and Order Errors
1. Customized Products and Customer Responsibility
Customized products - such as, tents, flags, and inflatables printed according to client specifications are produced based on the customer's final approval before production.
By approving a proof, sample, or any other order confirmation, the customer acknowledges and accepts the following terms:
- No modifications, cancellations, or refunds are possible once production has started.
- Errors in text, colors, logos, or any other customization approved by the customer are their responsibility. Tempo cannot be held responsible for mistakes contained in an approved file.
- In the event of a manufacturing defect (e.g., a significant difference between the approved proof and the final product), the customer needs to submit a claim via our online form, with photos and a detailed description of the issue.
- After validation by our team, we will proceed with a replacement or correction, with no additional compensation.
2. Exceptions:
- Slight color variations between screen displays and actual print results are normal and do not qualify as a defect.
- Tempo does not guarantee file compatibility if the customer does not follow our required technical specifications.
3. Cases Not Covered by the Warranty
This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not apply in the following cases:
- Improper product use of the product, including non-compliant installation.
- Damage caused by extreme weather conditions (strong winds, storms, heavy snow, hail, etc.).
- Normal wear and tear, including fading due to prolonged exposure to the elements.
- Aesthetic damages that do not affect the product’s functionality.
- Non-standard modifications made to the product by the customer. Any alteration will immediately void the warranty.
- Improper storage leading to issues like mold, rust, structural sagging.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Important: Claims that are incomplete or lack valid proof of purchase may be denied. Tempo reserves the right to inspect the defective product before approving or rejecting a claim.
Liability Exclusions
- Tempo shall not be held responsible for indirect damages caused by misuse, improper assembly, or extreme weather conditions.
- No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from our customer service team.
- Products returned outside the prescribed time limits will not be accepted.
- We reserve the right to deny any return or claim that does not comply with this policy.
Limitation of Liability
This warranty is strictly limited to repairing or replacing defective parts and does not cover:
- Installation or dismantling costs.
- Shipping, transportation, or return costs.
- Loss of business or indirect damages resulting from the inability to use the product.
